Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for products returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all refund requests.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components are ineligible.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping or handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Zorbent error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Zorbent is not responsible for the shipping charges for the return or new shipment..

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
